All Northern Territory public schools will be fully and fairly funded by the Australian and Northern Territory Governments following a historic agreement signed this month. The Independent Education Union of Australia has welcomed an announcement from the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) that maths will not be made compulsory for NSW students in Years 11 and 12.
