South Australia continues to report positive property statistics. The recent CoreLogic June 2023 Monthly Housing Chart Pack statistics have been released. Overall, Adelaide dwelling values rose by 0.9% in May 23, quarterly dwelling values increased by 1.1% and over the past year dwelling values increased by 0.4%. Supply is at an all-time low, with sale volumes -9.7% lower year on year for Adelaide, and -14.9% in regional SA.
