My partner borrowed one of their vans shortly after Christmas to move an item of furniture. Before driving it she provided them with photos the van was dented and scratched at the front. While we reported all that we saw on the day (it was dark) it seems we missed some minor scratches to the passenger side door (about 12 inches from the more significant damage we did report, on the same horizontal line). They said I needed a psychiatrist but that in Norfolk they are only accessible in inpatient facilities? Is this right? Couldn't they refer me to one if they thought i needed it?
