Dear readers and friends, Isn’t it nice to be able to make beautiful bouquets from your own garden roses every year again? I really enjoy the beauty of roses and their fantastic fresh scent. In recent years I have shared many photos of our roses with you, and even this year, I can’t resist letting you enjoy these beauties. From the beginning of May to the end of October, the ‘Aspirin’ roses are growing luxuriantly along our garden path. As you can see in both pictures here below. ‘Aspirin’ roses along our garden path The ‘Aspirin’ rose is a ground-covering rose. It has medium-sized semi-doub ..read more

Dear readers, It’s time to show you some pictures of our awakening garden. Every year again I so enjoy to see the first trees, flowers and roses blooming and every year I take a lot of pictures. Enjoy!   I have always loved plane trees and the first tree we ever planted was this plane tree at the front of our home. The Climbing Hydrangea feels very happy in this shaded corner at the front side of our home. These pictures of the Wisteria on the side of our home I took a few days ago. In the meantime it has rained heavily again and it has lost almost all its flowers. The braided branche ..read more

Hello dear readers, This week I was in London, as our company Lefèvre Interiors is currently working on a project in the city center. I fortunately found a few hours to stroll around before leaving for home. Although I have been to Pimlico Road area quite a few times, I still wanted to visit some showrooms located there. As we are working on a mutual project, I started with a visit to the shop of renowned design studio Paolo Moschino Ltd, located at Holbein Place. I was amazed by their beautiful fabric collection I saw with my own eyes for the first time! Their highest-quality fabric collectio ..read more

Dear readers, Time flies. It’s almost the end of February. Spring is around the corner! Meanwhile, I am busy preparing clients’ projects, which of course require a lot of my attention. Since we are currently looking for the perfect floor for one of our projects in terms of stone type and pattern, I consulted my photo files to find images that could serve as inspiration. Maybe it’s fun to share some of these images with you here today. It has to be decided whether we opt for a black and white checkerboard pattern, or whether we choose a pattern with tiles and cabochons, bordered or not. The siz ..read more

Hello my friends and readers, Are you finished decking the halls yet? Since it is a hectic time in our business towards the end of the year, I’m not completely finished with all Christmas decorations yet. But I already wanted to share with you some pictures of our home decor so far.   This year the Christmas tree is put up in our living room. The tree is adorned with only lights and bows. Living room mantel decoration. Nobilis, moss branches and pine cones. What would Christmas be without candle light? Small Christmas decor touches everywhere.
