Hi all,
I'm using query manager to query the travel table to get all TAs that were approved ( LASTUPDDTTM ) within the last hour. It is not treating LASTUPDDTTM as a datetime for some reason so I am not sure how I would compare to the last hour. Any help? Thanks so much!

I think I have it setup correctly, but when I run the job, the queries are not sent as spreadsheets to my email, it works when I schedule each query separately, any advice appreciated

Hi friends - I’m running a budget inquiry w/ dept and project description. I created a pivot table and filtered by program. In the Rows, I have: class, project, descr, descr2, fund source. In the column I have ledger and for my values I have sum of sum of total amount. I wanted to ask a question regarding the column - or “ledger.” Does anybody know what detail_en, detail_ex, stage_en, and stage_ex mean? And if you could provide brief descriptions that would be SO appreciated. Thank you! Enjoy your day!

The nVision reports that run "lights-out" sometimes fail to write the report out because the user has the previous version of the report open and locked. This requires re-running the report. The directory where the new report is going to the same directory as the User finds their reports. It seems this issue must have a configuration or systematic solution. Peoplesoft financials 9.2 Users forget to close the reports. Thanks!

I have a sql statement that I need to convert to a PS Query and can't for the life of me figure out how to convert the WHERE statement. Is this an expression? If so, how would I properly enter it into the Expression box? Each time I try, I get a right parenthesis error.

Hi everyone!
I'm trying to create a nice looking report in PDF format that will email to a few of our execs and system administrators. I'm relatively new to this piece of functionality so could use a hand knowing what exactly to research. Basically I build a custom table that tracks detailed information around one critical processes run times, success rates, etc. I want to take that data and turn it into a report that outlines Average rune times over the past 2 weeks, the % of failures (if any exist), and potentially a few other metrics (line graph of failures/run times by week over the past ..read more

Hey all,
I'm trying to mark a supplier as 1099N they were previously an employee i'm getting peoplesoft code 15,11. it will only let me choose 1099.
figured it out. the effective date in the location tab is essential. Whatever they used to set up in the IRS portion of peoplesoft you have to date it to atleast that date. our effective date in location was 2006. had to change it.
