Does anyone else find it unfair that an absence review is triggered but doesn't take in to account all of the overtime hours you have done which in theory would bring that percentage down? It's harsh that they give everyone a small core number of hours so if you are sick on one of those days you are punished. I was on my normal shift today, finishing at 23:00 in an Express. That’s when we stop being paid. That’s when our store closes. Already a problem here. The actual locking up of the store is always going to be done in our own time instead of Tesco’s time. We have a customer approaching the doors and wants to be served at 22:59.
