Seasonal vendors and guest vendors may not need to purchase insurance for a full year, especially if they are looking to sell only for a few months. MFFM has found an insurance agency for quick-access (5-10 minutes) to enroll in the insurance you need. NOTE: MFFM doesn’t benefit from your enrollment with this insurance agency, Veracity Insurance. We are sharing this information because it’s the best option we’ve found. A core component of MFFM’s mission is to make healthy, local food accessible to more people. In 2023, we introduced a new pilot program through partnership with the Maine Senior FarmShare Program that expanded food access options for older adults at the Bar Harbor, Kennebunk, and Sanford Farmers’ Markets.
