Hello, I have an issue with a client who lost connectivity to port 25 of their exchange server. Everything seems to be configured properly in the firewall. External ip nats to the exchange server on port 25. Nothing has changed that I am aware of. However, when we try to connect to smtp.client.xyz, it fails. Dsn resolves correctly. Can't connect with ip either. None of their records have changed. I noticed that we can't telnet to port 25 on the server from the internal network. Hello, Is there a specific attribute for a sender’s email address for ‘Apply a disclaimer to the message’ inside the Mail flow rules? I don’t care about senders within my companies organization, but those who are external. I tried using %%Email%%, but that seems to only work with those within my companies network. Hello everyone, I noticed that some of our emails sent from our Exchange box are landing in Gmail's spam folder. I am assuming is due to the April changes Google and Yahoo implemented. We have SPF and DMARC (p=none) configured; however, we do not have DKIM. How can I implement DKIM? We have 4 domains sending emails from one Exchange 2019 CU14 server running on Windows Server 2019. Hi Guys, Lookng for help regarding specific topic. Setup is 2 2019s in DAG with CU13 and we enabled extended protection. Netscaler login to OWA with 2nd factor works fine but then there is 2nd login prompt displayed and user has to enter credentials for 2nd time to get into OWA. Hey all, I am working on migrating users off the 2016 exchange server to 2019. The 2019 server is setup with databases created and I can see all servers and databases on the Admin console. I am trying to test migrating a very small mailbox (250 MB) but as soon as I start the migration for this single mailbox, it immediately goes in to "StalledDueToSource_DiskLatency" error and gets stuck at "Syncing" and never progresses any further.
