Today, Governor Youngkin vetoed Senate Bill 259 and House Bill 418, which would have created class action lawsuits in Virginia courts. The Chamber’s strategic plan, Blueprint Virginia 2030, emphasizes the importance of a strong legal climate in attracting new business, incentivizing business expansion, and promoting economic growth.
