Designed by 7N Architects, a new ten-storey 183,000 sq.ft. net office and nine-storey hotel of around 197 rooms at 20 Haymarket Yards is being brought forward by Stamford Property Holdings, after being given the green light by City of Edinburgh Council. Construction is due to start in 2024.
