This started on Tuesday where the ‘Hoos were upset on the road at the hands of Old Dominion, 7-4, marking their first midweek loss in two years. They bounced back the following day with an 11-5 victory over George Mason but the struggles continued over the weekend against unranked (at the time) Georgia Tech. The Virginia Cavaliers lacrosse lost their nineteenth consecutive regular season game, 18-12, to the #4 Duke Blue Devils on Sunday.
