Any ideas when google and Apple maps will catch up with the new road and tunnel infrastructure in Sydney? Navigation assistance is the worst I have ever seen it, the apps seem to be constantly confused. Thought it would be teething problems, but has been this way for a few months now.

I handed in the keys to this property on 12 April.
I had sprayed weeds about a week prior to move out.
On 15 April agent advised I would need to pull the weeds, picture on left.
This was done on 20 April.
On 23 April agent advised weeding not complete, picture on right.
I went back and sprayed, even though tenant union says anything that might have grown since 12 April is not my responsibility.
Agent has said they will check next week, and if still weedy I will need to come back.
I claimed the bond directly from bond board the day I handed back keys (12 April).

My wife and I were looking to buy a place to raise our kids in. We were considering the Shire as growing up near a beach sounds like a good lifestyle, but because our kids are mixed race (Indian / white) I had some concerns about racism considering what happened in 2005. How is it like there in 2024? I get there is a level of causal racism everywhere in the world, just wanted to know if it's worse than the average around there, and if it can get violent.
