When most people travel to Belgium or decide upon a city break, the concrete capital of Brussels isn’t usually at the top of their bucket list. Although I don’t hate Brussels, I don’t love Brussels either and this indifference is something that most tourists feel when spending any time in the Belgian capital of Brussels. As a city best known for the indifferent ..read more

This obviously extends to when I travel and my constant desire to be barefoot on a beach. When travelling, no matter where I am, I often find myself attracted to some of the most unusual hippie-chic places. Places just like Anjuna Beach, Goa – the hippy heaven ..read more

Last Updated on March 25, 2022 by Bryony Clapperton I don’t know what I was expecting from Goa but I’m not sure it was Candolim or Baga Beach. After booking a last minute winter getaway with TUI to India I found myself pleasantly surprised with what was soon to be my first Indian adventure. Last Updated on January 10, 2020 by Bryony Clapperton Okay, so this isn’t going to be a traditional travelsandmore blog post. In fact there isn’t going to be much budget travel advice in this post at all. Reason being, I visited New York as part of a work trip with colleagues so much of my regular style of budget exploring wasn’t required whilst in the Big Apple. With 4 days in total to see as much of New York City as possible in between meetings, I was as determined as ever to see as much of New York as I could in the short time II’d have. My first time visiting New York was magical and the f ..read more
