I recently got hired at a AR store, not new to customer service but new to sales. So I was looking to trade in my iPhone 12 Pro for a 15 pro last Monday. Called the ATT store near me (more on this later) and checked if they had any 15 pros in stock. Dude told me they didn’t and would get one overnighted to the store so I could go the next day and upgrade. I had to pay the $96 taxes on the phone call when I placed the order. Got texts with order number and everything. Next day I tracked the order from the texts I got and it was just erroring out. About a year ago ATT ran fiber optic cable from the ATT box on my front lawn under my fence , through the back yard and into my house. The install of the wire was done by a tech who by hand “buried” the wire through my back yard. Well today, I am 99% certain the lawn ppl cut the fiber optic cable, probably by mistake. A rather large dead patch of grass has developed in my back yard and it’s all just sand in that area now, I assume the cable was caught by the lawn mower as it transitioned from grass to dirt. I was constantly getting messages looking for previous owner and spam but as the election comes up I am getting 10 spam messages per day which is starting to annoy me. So, my Z Fold 3 has been reduced to a brick after software malfunctions destroyed first the camera, then internal screen, then all touch functionality. I've temporarily gone back to my old Huawei P30 Pro and I've been reminded of how much I absolutely love this device. Unfortunately, it's outdated and ATT no longer supports the device for mobile data - which is why I switched phones in the first place.
