I went in today after work. Owned my iPhone outright so they just went ahead and geared me up with one of their SIM cards. Hours later, my phone died and when I powered it back on I had zero service. My friend also has Verizon and her cellular page in Settings looks completely different than mine. Had to come here because I guess they don’t have 24hr customer service? Hello, Sorry if this has been posted before but I’m losing my fucking mind trying to figure out what’s going on. So, I recently got 5G UW Home internet and it’s been pretty great… until about 3 days ago. Out of nowhere I have constant issues with streaming videos (constantly buffering), downloading games (99+ hours remaining), and even browsing the fucking internet. Verizon is stating that lte home internet is available at my location again. It was available last year, but hasn't been available for the last 6 months until now. Is this any indication that they have the capacity to upgrade the tower to 5G or it may be upgraded soon? I have declined lte home internet because I have fiber-optic now and think it would be a big step down. I live in a rural area but the tower is on a heavily traveled road.Both the tower to the north and the south were upgraded to 5G last year. I had an 11 inch iPad Pro that I bought it October and it just broke Sunday afternoon. Screen randomly became entirely unresponsive, wouldn’t charge, nothing. Verizon gave me a refurbished replacement, but this iPad obviously has a defective digitizer as about one inch of the right side of the screen doesn’t respond to touch. This issue would require a whole new screen replacement.. WTF do I do? I feel like an ass asking for yet ANOTHER replacement but JFC.
