We've had this account since 2008 (under Sprint), and when we were transferred to Tmobile a couple of years ago we set up as the Magenta+ 55+ account. My dad is the account holder for the family plan - he's 72, so obviously well qualified. Weve since upgraded phones and such with no issue. My daughter is testing out TMobile at the University of Wisconsin Madison. We want to make sure it works well there. She is using an iPhone 13 Pro. The coverage maps show the school blanketed with great coverage. Every time she seems to leave a building with wifi and then starts walking she has zero data. The test drive is on e-sim2 and the primary service is US cellular on e-sim1. I set it up for her and it was working when I left. In her room she had 800mbps. Hi, We have 10 lines from ATT planning to keep and switch with Tmobile and planning to start 3 different groups in Sam’s club. We paid off the device and unlocked couple of days back. Now T-mobile biz rep called me and saying she can get us upto$1000 for each line as we owe more than $800 on each of the lines plus she is saying we get one time $200 on 3rd month bill and $400 bill credit spread over 20 months if we do business plan . The button itself is a Flic 2 and can be used with their Android / iOS apps and your phone as a hub, but t-mo seems to have engineered a custom Windows app for the button.
