this isn't at all a hate post, i js remembered the one customer i had come in showing me an instagram drink since she didn't speak english very welll
it was a venti cold milk (2%) with extra strawberry puree at the bottom of the cup, add ice after puree, then pour milk, and put 4 scoops matcha powder at the top — and at the bottom of the post was "make sure they DO NOT stir/shake"
i watched her walk out drinking it too
i still wonder how it tasted

as a new partner with the siren and a partner in a brand new store my manager hasn’t been scheduling clean plays. as someone who closes majority of the time we haven’t had a clean play since we first opened (about a month and a half ago). so my question is, arent clean plays supposed to be mandatory, once a week?

I needs some assistance. Store level barista championship. And I would like to read through the coffee fact sheet but out store don’t have the ones I need. I’m looking for all but particularly Verona and Antigua Guatemala. That’s if y’all have coffee fact sheets for them.

i’m finishing my senior year and i have a ton of crap to do and attend, and a trip after graduation, so i’ve requested a lot of time off. (all approved) 1 day in may, and 8 days in june, i have a concert i really really want to go to but i would need to request another day off in june for…. making that 9 days… im worried if i request one more day it will get denied, and i know i wont know until i find out, but i don’t want my SM to get upset at me, especially since the 8 days i have off in june are all within a week and a half, and the day i want to request off is ALSO in that time period. is ..read more

I started my LOA on the 15th and end it on Friday, which is the day we get paid. My doctor (for some unknown reason lol) procrastinated on the paperwork and it obviously won't be approved by Friday. I also have to send it to the government for approval because...something something bureaucracy something something.
Will I receive my LOA pay by the time that my paperwork has been approved (the middle of the next pay period), or will it just be back pay on my next paycheck?
The Sedgwick representative was extremely unhelpful lol.
