Another year, another CrossFit Open. It was great to see so many members sign up for the open this year. Especially those who have never participated in the open before. No one should have to go to the funeral of a 5-year-old girl, it was inconceivable and truly heartbreaking. Last month little Aria Zimmermann daughter of former members JZ and Chrissy – of which many of you know, passed away from cancer, her little life cut short by this horrible disease.
