Ghana’s Black Satellites, the national U20 side, failed to secure victory in their opening game of the WAFU Zone B. Heart of Lions midfielder Mustapha Yakubu scored from a free kick in the first-half. Ghaja were coasting to victory until the Nigeriens leveled up the scoring late in the game.
