What does a very strong CV that will gain acceptance look like? First some useful tips: 1. First, get rid of all formats, colours or borders, as that only distracts the recruiter, and lowers your ATS AI score. Please avoid graphics. 2. Never make your name a large sized font, what that does is make the ATS think that your name is the highest weighting on your CV, please don't! 3.
