The Big Man is Back for 2 More Years The Sheffield Steelers are delighted to confirm the re-signing of Kevin Tansey for 2 more seasons. Tansey will return to the club with the assistance of Sheffield Hallam University, where Tansey will take studies alongside his playing role with the Steelers. Steelers to face six sides in the CHL The Sheffield Steelers have confirmed their participation in next seasons Champions Hockey league. Steelers Forward to Miss the World Championships After an outstanding end to the year, Steelers forward Brandon Whistle has had to withdraw from the Team GB squad ahead of the world championships in order to undergo further treatment.
