Turkey, bean and vegetable burgers (for Cosima ) with harissa spiced tomato sauce (for mummy and daddy)
Turkey burgers:
1 diced onion
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp chilli flakes
2 crushed cloves garlic
100g oats
Sauté onion and garlic until softened then add oats to toast them before allowing the mixture to cool. Then mix with the remaining ingredients:
½ tin haricot beans, mashed
1 grated carrot
1 grated courgette
1 egg
500g turkey mince
