tI have an xbox series x and am torn on which version of gamepass to get (core or ultimate). I know ultimate is approx 10 more per month, but i'm trying to justify if that will be worth it. I don't really have THAT much time to game, but the idea of having a bunch of games at my disposal at anytime sounds really enticing, plus the fact that you can cloud game sounds nice too. but.... if i'm really only going to be playing one game at a time, is it more cost effective to just purchase individual games? i'm struggling to find a good middle ground lol, can someone provide opinions? submitted by ..read more

I have an xbox one x. I recently got a new laptop, and wanted to try using the xbox with the laptop, since I have a few games on the xbox that I would otherwise need to buy again on the laptop to play, and since using an xbox means I don't need to store the games on the laptop itself. Recently I’ve been playing warzone on my Xbox series s and after a bit my game crashes and when I try to open it again it opens for a second then closes. I wish more people were taking about this. Once the 360 store closes, the only way to redownload purchased games is via the account tab under “download history”. It’s an unsearchable list that’s chronically organized, only showing 4 results at a time. The interface is very slow, and crashes on me over and over. Good luck finding the game you want that you purchased years ago. I tried downloading far cry 6 but it stops at 6.4%. I canceled the download and tried again but it still stopped at 6.4%. I tried a third time so I could see what notification it gave me. When it got to 6.3% the mbps started dropping and eventually disappeared. When it hit 6.4% it just read "installing" with no mbps displayed and no notification of "stopped installing" ever came up. I left my Xbox to run over night but in the morning it still read "installing" and was stuck on 6.4%. I tried downloading far cry 5 and the same thing happens at 74%. So I bought Fallout 3 while I had my region set to Germany, but because I wanted to play the uncut version with english voice-acting, I set my region to UK and downloaded the english version of the game.
