I'm doing FBM and I set my shipping time as 2-3 days and my processing time as 0 days. But when I click on my listing, it says the buyer should expect the product in 5-6 days. Is there a way to change this? I feel like I'm losing a lot of customers. Also this product wouldn't be ideal to ship FBA. Thanks!

Hey Guys so I reverently received an complaint for "expired" when my product was 3 months away from expiration. I purchased these products from Ollies Bargain Market and only have the retail receipt, doesnt emphasis much of the product name either. I am worried about my account and not sure how to appeal this decision, I have pictures of the expiration date on the other units but they did not accept this. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

I'm a new seller. I'm comparing Amazon to Shopify and Shopify is so much more user friendly and faster! In Amazon, everytime I update or delete an SKU, it takes 10-15 minutes to show the changes (on the dashboard, on the listing) whereas in Shopify it's instant. Sometimes it doesn't even work. Everytime i update anything on the listing, for some reason, I also have to update the list price, dimensions and weight all over again. SO annoying! This can't be normal, right???

Hey Amazon sellers,
Why am I getting shipping updates notification from Amazon when I've been using the same shipping template for a year without any issues? It could be a mistake or a new policy change that you may not be aware of.
It says: To protect the customer experience, we may suppress shipping options when we believe the shipping rates to customers are excessive. We’ve identified this potential error in your ship rate configurations for the ship options and SKUs below.......These ship options appear to have excessive shipping rates for these SKUs and are in violation of Amazon’s Marke ..read more

Just trying to understand this? It's Amazon subsidizing these Chinese sellers? I understand you can take a loss early to gain market share, but I see these prices as permanent?

Hello Amazon sellers,
Recently, I purchased an item directly from the brand owner and proceeded to list it on my Amazon seller account. However, one of my competitors reported a violation to Amazon, which has adversely affected my health rating.
In response to Amazon's request for documentation of brand authorization, I promptly obtained a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the brand owner and submitted it along with the invoice as evidence of my legitimate sourcing.
To my dismay, my submissions were both denied, citing insufficiency of documentation. I find this perplexing and frustrating, a ..read more

Hey Amazon sellers,
I have a question about MAP policies and potential consequences. What's the worst-case scenario if I don't adhere to a small brand's MAP policy? Currently, I have inventory sitting in an FBA warehouse for two months because several sellers aren't following the MAP. I'm considering breaking the policy and selling below it. The worst consequence I can foresee is potentially not being able to work with that brand anymore. Can brand report to Amazon for the MAP violation?
Furthermore, I'm also at the point where I'm done dealing with that particular brand, especially since the ..read more

Hi,
We’re considering a legal entity name change in our account to a sister company that has the same exact ownership structure, business address, and contact information as our current legal entity, but a different EIN and bank account.
Did anybody have any negative experiences going through the process? Could we potentially lose any brand authorizations during this process?
Thank you
