We will be running the ADDImpact course for adults diagnosed with ADHD again on 6 Thursdays from 2nd May – 6th June 2019.    All you need is a laptop or tablet/IPad with a camera and microphone and you can join from anywhere.  There will be two groups – one running each Thursday afternoon from 1.30 – 2.30pm and one running each Thursday evening from 7 – 8pm.  It’s ideal if you can attend all 6 sessions.  The purpose of ADDImpact is to enable adults with ADHD to meet others with the same condition, share and exchange strategies and tips and learn more about ADHD in a safe, confidential, structu ..read more
