This has been a crowd fave in our house hold this week so I had to share my now highly requested macadamia maple bark… Ingredients: 1 cup gluten free quick oats (aka steel cut or quinoa flakes) ⅓ cup dedicated coconut ½ cup crushed/blitzed macadamias ½ cup currants 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp pink salt 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil ⅓ cup organic maple syrup Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper 2.
