Just when I had convinced myself that Poppy's ears had decided on their final position, they changed their minds again. Back in November, they took a notion to stand up sometimes ..read more

A Morning by the Seaside
Greenhill Farm

I had an errand to run down by the seaside. It was a nice morning, so while I was there I thought I'd take Poppy for a quick walk. We sheltered from the wind in the entry to this beer garden. Fern. Frances. Poppy continued going on adventures. I ..read more

October has always been a month I enjoy. Autumn starting to kick in and the animals growing out their winter coats and getting fluffier by the day. I took the camera along on this gorgeous Sunday morning.  We said hello to the new neighbours.  Jess jumped up here herself. She's always on the lookout for photo opportunities. Poppy continued to be a mystery. Her personality was ..read more

Poppy's September
Greenhill Farm

September treated us to a heatwave. Walks were taken as soon as it cooled down in the evenings. One evening we went up to the field to sit and watch the sunset.   With Poppy around, it was hard for Fly to get that peace and quiet she so enjoys.  But Poppy also sat with me a lot. She'd only been with us for a short time, but already she was bonded to me.  A very ..read more
