World number one Novak Djokovic will be the star attraction for the ATP 500 event, but the five-time winner is not the only big name on show, with defending champion Andrey Rublev and a returning-to-form Daniil Medvedev among the other big names.
There is also plenty of British interest with Andy Murray – fresh from his run to the final of this month’s Qatar Open – and Dan Evans both hoping to enjoy ..read more

The Rio Open begins on Monday and some of the world’s top players will be in attendance, including world No.2 and defending champion Carlos Alcaraz.
With the number one in the world, Novak Djokovic, not taking part, this could provide Spanish ace Alcaraz with the perfect chance to take another ATP title and once again master the field in Brazil, just like he did 12 months ago when he became the youngest-ever winner of the tournament at just 18 years and 10 months old.
The other contenders this week include Briton Cameron Norrie, Austrian Dominic Thiem and Argentinian Diego Schwartzman.

On that occasion, he raced into a two-set lead, only to be overwhelmed by his opponent, who roared back to become the first man in the Open Era to complete multiple Career Grand Slams.
Djokovic’s first Grand Slam success came in Melbourne in 2008 and with ..read more
