In light of BBC Radio 4’s discussion yesterday with Liberal Democrat leader Jo Swinson about the Gender Recognition Act (also known as the GRA), All About Trans wants to take the opportunity to correct a few inaccuracies, including what the current proposal to amend the GRA really means. The consultation runs until 19th October, with all members of the public able to submit their views on how best to reform the act.
