Towards the end of last year a friend suggested I publish my book, 'The Motorhome, What You Need to Know Before You Go' as an audiobook. I didn't think it would work in that format and told her so. However, the next day I was walking along the high street in Potter's Bar and low and behold, there was a recording studio. What were the chances? I chose our site name back in 2012 and people said "Why Motorhome Lifers?" Mike and I often assign the name 'Lifer' to anyone who has continued in any aspect of life for a long time. The CoPilot Caravan sat nav app that provides route planning and sat nav guidance designed specifically for caravan/motorhome drivers launched in March and I was asked by the company to trial it.  This has proved to be a delightful app to use. I have been using it on an android system, the Samsung J5. This has quite a large screen and is ideal to use in the car. The voice is quite persistent with her reminders on when to make turns, but I didn't mind that. Not naggy at all.
