I have to admit, I probably wouldn’t have picked this book up if it hadn’t been suggested by a member of our Goddess Book Group as our next read. The title and front cover just didn’t appeal, I didn’t trust that it would have anything new or useful to impart. However, I’m very glad I read it. I bought some new walking boots from a shop I’ve been wanting to visit for years – being a 5 hour drive away is what’s caused the long wait. I’ve got difficult feet, so finding shoes that are comfortable and wide enough is tough. Untamed is the third memoir from Glennon Doyle and deals primarily with her awakening into living life on her own terms rather than those society has set for her. The upcoming full moon marks the end of the eclipse season that we've had these past months. I don't know about you but the eclipse in August really had an affect on me. Stepping Out of my Comfort Zone I really can't dance and the idea of attempting to dance in front of other people is excruciating to me but last night I went to a 'Dancing the Goddess' workshop and it was amazing! I decided I had to try to get out of my comfort zone and just do it. And I'm so glad I did.
