More frequently I've noticed cars parked on quiet roads with their headlights on. What's the reason for doing this? It's usually one or two people just sat in car, seemingly doing nothing, but with their headlights bright. At first I thought it might be a way to identify yourself as a dealer but I think that's too obvious and surely the police would have cracked down. Then I thought maybe people want privacy, so by having their headlights on it blinds anyone trying to look in. I recently stayed with a friend in Bartley Green and got headaches when stopping there. Hi everyone! Hope you are all doing well. I work for a company that installs free wall insulation and can replace boilers with a low efficiency for free also. This is part of a government funded scheme called the Eco4 Scheme. There is of course conditions, you will only be applicable if anybody in the household is claiming benefits.
