Hundreds of Snow Geese take to the air at Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge.
The sun had yet to peek above the distant Oscura Mountains, but the otherwise placid ponds of Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge already hummed – or, rather, honked – with activity.
