Hi Everyone, I have been working on a startup for past couple of months and trying to find a problem. Specifically I am developing a platform where people can describe their circumstance and get meaningful answers regarding that. The answers will range from telling what should the person do, to, mentioning previous similar public cases and their outcome. We are building this cause we figured out lot of people don't even go the legal route as they think their case is not worth it.
We ultimately want to become a one stop platform where people can ask questions and then we will recommend them la ..read more

Hi everyone, in the last couple of weeks I've been looking at some AI tools for lawyers. I already looked up for legal research and I've found a few like casetext co-counsel and some others. However, in the area of contract drafting something seems a bit odd. There are some tools like Spellbook which are for this use case. The thing is I don't understand how different is spellbook or any other AI contract drafting tool from just using Chatgpt. Can someone explain to me why tons of this tools raised tens of millions of dollars for stuff like this when GPT-4 is already pretty good at generating ..read more

We’ve had Legal Tracker forever and IT is balking at the cost. My previous company used Tymetrix 360.
What are the best newer providers on the market?

I'm curious to hear if anyone here has any experience using Harvey for legal work?
It's hard for me to see how they would be different from other AI legaltech solutions because the challenge with AI and legal will be the same - no matter how good a RAG pipeline you set up or how much fine-tuning you do.
The issues with legal assistant is that it can get you 95 % of the way, but not the full 100 % – which means the lawyer still has to be in the loop. And that’s not all. The lawyer now has to look through all the content generated by the AI assistant to make sure it's not full of hallucinations ..read more

My company is getting rid of our in-person office. We currently utilize a virtual PO Box through Earth Class Mail for snail mail, but we would also like to have a street address for state registrations, principal place of business, other mailing purposes, etc. Does anyone use any remote mail services that offer street addresses instead of PO Boxes?

? Hey Reddit Community,
I’ve started working on something I’m really excited about: an AI assistant aimed at making public procurement (government contracting) (UK, USA, Europe) —a pretty complex field—simpler and more transparent.
What’s the Idea? It’s all about creating an AI tool that can sift through case law, contracts, legislation, and help with precise procurement searches. The goal? To make the whole public procurement process a breeze for everyone involved.
Why I’m Here: I’m looking for feedback from folks who know their way around public procurement (government contracting), who’d b ..read more
