Best paying side gigs or full time gigs in UT?

Looking to hear about random side gigs or full time jobs that are incredible paying in Utah. Heard some things last year about how incredible paid christmas light hangers are, tree climbers for arborists, UPS/CDL drivers etc - curious what other random jobs are out there that make a lot of $? Work at a non profit and thinking about picking something else up (side gig) but need it to be worthwhile financially. submitted by /u/skibird123 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Strange Man takes pictures of my home. Unsure what to do.

Hello everyone, I live in Sandy, Utah. On my Ring camera, I caught a man pulling his car into my driveway and parking it. He got out of his car, walked back, and took multiple photos of my home's front. It looks like he has a lanyard around his neck, but his car doesn't have a front plate. After taking pictures of my house, he got in his car, parked across the street, and stayed there for a few minutes. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Who is this person, and Why would he take photos of my home without permission? Has anyone else had this happen to them? Any insight on this would be gre ..read more

Utah criminal history expungements

There are many companies and lawyers out there taking advantage of citizens trying to get their criminal history cleaned up/expunged. Many are charging $400-500, when you can do it yourself for less than $100. I had one friend who paid a third party and then another who did it themselves and that's when they realized companies are taking advantage. Make an appointment and go into BCI. https://bci.utah.gov/expungements/ submitted by /u/killedbyDefault [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Bryce vs Zion vs Antelope Canyon

Hey all, my wife and I will be in Vegas next month for our anniversary. We decided to extend the trip and do a mini 2 day road trip around the nearby parks. We have 2 full days: Sunday morning to Monday night (Flight at 9:30pm out of LAS) We are both no strangers to adventure road trips, sleeping in the car, etc so packed itinerary is not an issue, however, I have accepted that seeing all three parks in two days would be a disservice. I am considering the following options: Option 1: Two days in Zion Option 2: One day in Zion and One day in Bryce Option 3: One day in Zion and One day in Antel ..read more

Any plant recommendations?

I live near the U and was looking to plant some more in my garden. However, I'm from Arizona and I'm not that familiar with plants. I planted some blackberries last year and they worked very well. My house faces the east, so all of the plants will be in partial or full sun. Looking for plants that grow food, but also plants that look pretty. Ideally some native plants as well. Thanks in advance! submitted by /u/567swimmey [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
