We plan to move to Pittsburgh next year with two young children, and public school quality is a big factor in where we buy a house. It doesn't have to be top in the state, but also don't want our choice to be a hinderance to our kid's ability to learn (i.e. safety, constant classroom disruptions, etc.). Our budget is $345/365k.
