Hi, my name is Dino. I'm into making home brew beer. I've made beer with kits, like the Coopers beer kit range, but I also like to create my own homebrew from scratch using malt extract and adding steeped grains and trying different yeasts and hops for flavour and aroma etc. In the last couple of years I have started All Grain Brewing.
