Feature of the month Regular Expression Entities (Regexp)
Train your chatbots faster with regexp entities! Besides free and restricted entities, you can also create a regular expression (regexp) entity that extracts an entity based on an expression pattern that you provide. By using them, you don’t need to create a strict list of all words nor need to train the entity to be detected by machine learning.

SAP Conversational AI provides public APIs that can be consumed by bot developers to:
Configure their bots, with design time APIs
Interact with their bots, with run time APIs using a middleware
As of the October release, bot developers will be able to authenticate the API calls made by their middleware or clients to SAP Conversational AI using one of the following methods:
OAuth tokens (recommended method)
Bot (developer / request) tokens
