Kaleidoscope Bistro and Pub After 14 years in business, Kaleidoscope Bistro and Pub will raise a final glass on Monday, April 29, “breaking the hearts of the lonely, the hungry, and the uninspired,” according to a proclamation by the Brookhaven City Council. Gov. Brian Kemp signed legislation Wednesday aimed at illegal squatting. House Bill 1017, which the Georgia House and Senate passed unanimously during this year’s legislative session, creates the offense of unlawful squatting when someone enters upon the land or premises of the owner without the owner or rightful occupant’s knowledge or consent.
