Pili had 28 points and 10 rebounds to lead the second-seeded Utes to a 63-56 win over 10th-seeded Princeton 63-56 on Sunday night in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

Banking giant UBS is buying its smaller rival Credit Suisse in an effort to avoid further market-shaking turmoil in global banking, Swiss President Alain Berset announced on Sunday night.
Berset, who did not specify a value of the deal, called the announcement “one of great breadth for the stability of international finance. An uncontrolled collapse of Credit Suisse would lead to incalculable consequences for the country and the international financial system.”

A 29-year-old Philadelphia man — who was celebrating a memorial birthday at the grave of a friend who died ten years ago — was killed in a Montgomery County cemetery on Saturday afternoon.

Police in Delaware are investigating after officers found a man who has been shot to death driving a vehicle that had been involved in a crash on Sunday morning in Newark.
According to police, the incident occurred just before 6 a.m., when officers in New Castle County responded to a report of a traffic incident along Old County Road. Responding officers, police said, discovered a vehicle with a driver who was suffering from a gunshot wound.

An eastern Pennsylvania man accused of having used a homemade high-pressure air gun to kill a neighbor with whom he had had an affair has been convicted of first-degree murder.
Jurors in Lehigh County deliberated for less than three hours last week before convicting 41-year-old Josef Raszler in the September 2016 murder of 46-year-old Stephanie Roof in Lower Macungie Township. First responders in Hamilton Township, New Jersey responded to a deadly crash along I-295 on Sunday morning.
According to officials, a crash happened at about 7:25 a.m., when a vehicle exited the roadway along I-295 at exit 63, and entered the water.
On Sunday morning, the Hamilton Township Professional Firefighters shared images of the scene at the incident on social media.

It took a while, but Isaac Seumalo finally has a new home.
Seumalo, one of only a handful of players remaining from the 2016 Eagles, signed a three-year contract with the Steelers, according to NFL reporter Jordan Schultz.
