(KTLA) — One woman who visited Disney California Adventure back in April 2022 is now suing the resort, alleging that she suffered from severe injuries after a cast member dressed as Goofy fell on her, according to a new lawsuit. Katrina Griffin visited DCA on April 3, 2022, with her daughter. TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Norwegian Cruise Line has canceled more than a dozen cruises for 2025. A spokesperson from the cruise line told Nexstar's WFLA that the cancelations were "a result of varied events including the ongoing situation in the Red Sea and Israel, modified dry dock schedules for ship enhancements, a full ship charter, and lastly, to accommodate the demand for shorter close-to-home voyages to the Bahamas." CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WBOY) — An animal considered by the National Parks Service (NPS) to be a "species of concern" in West Virginia was recently spotted on a trail camera in Monongahela National Forest. The national forest shared the footage from March on its official Facebook page this week. CHICAGO — A Cook County judge has made her ruling in the Ryan Field redevelopment zoning case. The judge dismissed three out of four counts of a lawsuit filed by homeowners in Evanston and a non-profit group. The judge did allow one of the civil lawsuit claims to move forward — that is on the question of whether the city violated the plantiff's consistutional right when it voted to allow the re-zoning at Ryan Field.
