Right now, do you feel confident in your own skin? Do you harshly examine little blemishes? Or do you choose to rejoice your freckles or wrinkles? Today, my skin looks great, but that’s not always the case. There are times when I’m really embarrassed by my skin. Or I’m frustrated by my inability to prevent my eczema from flaring. A couple months ago, I experienced a new form of eczema around my nose and mouth. Luckily mask wearing fashionably covered this area of my skin.

When you crave something sweet sometimes it can be a sign of stress, dehydration, tiredness, or just being human. We all have a sweet tooth from time to time. I believe the point of the low nickel diet is to reduce your nickel intake to relieve symptoms, but not to deprive yourself! The best desserts are those you make yourself where you know all the ingredients involved. Plus homemade sweets taste better than processed.

Have you looked recently looked at the ingredients in a shampoo bottle and tried to interpret, let alone pronounce the various chemicals?
