Case is from Mumbai - Builder sold me a under-construction flat (70% completed) saying that carpet/built up area is same on even floors. I checked both show flat and actual flat before buying and visually there was no difference. However after registration when I compared sales deed of my flat (14th floor) & other flat (6th floor), there is a difference of 2 sqm (may sound small but matter to me) in carpet/built up area. Hi all I have 1 hectare land at Unnao near Lucknow (about 50 km from centre of Lucknow) it is an agri land and has a high tension line pole at one corner, the land is on a village road and regular transport vehicles operate as a coca cola plant is on the same road.
