This is NOT what I was expecting. The interior of this 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom, 6,500 square foot house at 5777 Crois. Ilan Ramon in Côte-Saint-Luc in Montreal is definitely no what you think it is going to be. This house was built 20 years ago and you can tell from the outside of the house. But the inside? I am not sure when but it has been completely redone. And while the subtle colour palette may not be for everyone, it shows really well. It is a new build that was completed in 2020 after it looked like this when it was for sale in 2019… I’m not sure what it sold for but it was a single lot that has now been split into 2 semis.
