Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 14 x 109 foot lot at 29 Maughan Crescent just north of Dundas in Woodbine Corridor in Toronto. It wasn’t a large house but it was very bright with unobstructed south and west facing windows throughout. Two of the bedrooms weren’t huge but there was lots of storage in the kitchen and the primary bedroom. And the backyard overlooked the Maughan Parkette. In February, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a 1 car garage and another parking spot on a 30 x 150 foot lot at 29A Glen Stewart Crescent in the Beaches in Toronto. It was a good house with excellent views but there were some design choices I didn’t love. And I wasn’t sure how I felt about the stair case but it definitely made a statement. This is NOT what I was expecting. The interior of this 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom, 6,500 square foot house at 5777 Crois. Ilan Ramon in Côte-Saint-Luc in Montreal is definitely no what you think it is going to be. This house was built 20 years ago and you can tell from the outside of the house. But the inside?
