I am one of the three directors who manage a limited company on behalf of the residents on a small freehold development.
We manage the private roadway and the lawn and garden area at the entrance of the development.

I'm in the early states of research, but could do with some pointers, help and advice.
I have a company in the UK, selling our own brand products.
We ship 98% to the UK.
Pre covid this was 85%.
Although shipping individual items to the USa was expensive pre covid, since covid its ridiculous expensive. This is obviously very off-putting to customers in the USA.
We have a very high demand from USA customers.
I wish to take advantage of this via shipping in bulk to a USA warehouse.

Hi, I am trying to help my son buy a flat. I note that a number of properties are being sold by the modern method of auction. At first glance this seems to be a clever way of extracting more fees from an already expensive transaction, and adding more stress into the bargain.
I wonder if anyone has any further knowledge of this, and what the advantages and disadvantages are for a buyer.
