Exciting news for all Apple TV users - Surfshark is on Apple TV now! This is a game-changer because there will be no need to go through the hassle of setting up a VPN via a Wi-Fi router which was the only thing holding me back from purchasing a VPN before. In my opinion, their native VPN app specifically for Apple TV now directly addresses one of the biggest gaps - access to geo-restricted content. And Surfshark is also one of the top budget-friendly options - win-win situation. From what I see people speaking so far, Surfshark on Apple TV works just the way it’s intended to so far. As the title suggest, this review is for people whom intend to watch India Live streams on Android TV. Mainly on 2 websites; Hotstar and SonyLiv. The overall review of this vpn on reddit seems really positive, but it ended with me gotten a refund, since it's way below expectation. Pros: -Depend on your local country, buying through playstore will be 10-30% cheaper than website. But this comes with a cons, read this below -When I posted my issue on this community, the mod did mentioned that they will add into their developments. I appreciate such customer service Cons: -Its Android TV app is a ..read more

Hi, in the last 6 months, I've been targeted, stealing my data, passwords, social media accounts, and they stole my Facebook which I am still not able to recover, and yesterday the same hacker from Brazil stole my credit card details, good thing my bank stopped the $200 transaction and notified me, they canceled it until I get a new one. He is the same hacker, still on my back for 6 months straight. I've been told it's a mistake not to use any VPN, and that it would be more safe and secured. Does anyone know if HMA! (Hide my as$) VPN good? On G2A website, there is a good offer, $20 for two ye ..read more

I was hacked due to an exploit within Cyberghost

I am posting this also over at r/hacking. For several weeks, my accounts and computers have been under attack. Hackers successfully hacked my Microsoft and Google Accounts and my Apple ID. In doing so, they successfully pass by F2A. They always follow the same process: They gain access to the system via a CyberGhost. I surf to a malicious website with CyberGhost activated and am then infected. This happens without me engaging in "risky" activities. I did not install a "necessary plugin" or "adblocker". I simply surf and get infected. The hackers deactivate running antivirus processes They pr ..read more

Alternative to Surfshark?

I've been using Surfshark for a while and until recently I've been happy with it, but more and more websites don't work using it. I understand they have a dedicated IP option for more money, I tried that and WWE.com still detects a VPN even when I'm in the same country. So I refunded that. I prefer to always have my VPN up no matter what. But it seems whenever I want to stream anything, even if my country is set to the same one I'm in, streaming doesn't work. Are there any reliable VPNs for this, or I am going to be resigned to pausing my VPN everytime I stream something? submitted by /u/mat ..read more

Hey everyone! Today, I'm taking a deep dive into two of the top VPN contenders: Surfshark and NordVPN. My aim is to dissect both of their offerings from a personal standpoint. Both bring their own strengths to the table, yet I'll focus on how they fare in everyday use to aid you in choosing the right one for you. Tip: as I tried to keep it as brief as possible, you can check out the detailed VPN comparison table for a broader perspective. And, if you've decided on either, look for discount coupons directly from their comparison table for added savings. Financial Breakdown: Costs and Plans Bot ..read more

From the time I joined Reddit, I’ve seen the same questions repeating themselves over and over again: what is the best VPN, what is the cheapest VPN, where can I find discounts for VPNs, etc. Although the mods have pinned the famous VPN comparison table on this subreddit, here is the shortest possible summary of it for your convenience: 1. NordVPN - is the most famous and has the most positive sentiment on Reddit. Evaluation from the comparison table: 4.56 Discount code - ‘redditoffer’ (up to 72% off - 2y + 4mo free, from $2.91) 2. Surfshark Evaluation from the comparison table: 4.39 Disco ..read more

With this dangerously facist leaning behavior coming out of Texas, I’m getting to setup a VPN at the router level for maximum protection. Does anybody know which states have the most protective privacy laws (so I can set my router level VPN to it? I’m guessing California. I’m still go to use Mullvad (paid with untraceable crypto) when outside of my own network. submitted by /u/Whoz_Yerdaddi [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
