The Timeshare Helpline is a resource that enables all timeshare owners to make contact with the KwikChex free timeshare assistance resources by phone. Update Further to previous disclosures KwikChex has made regarding complaints made to the Legal Ombudsman about Sarah Waddington Solicitors, the current information as of today (23 August 2023), shows that Sarah Waddington Solicitors has the current worst record of any solicitor firm, in terms of complaints submitted by their clients and upheld by the ombudsman. KwikChex has received a number of reports from timeshare owners regarding unsolicited contact from Contract Debt Relief Centre (CDRC) / European Debt Recovery Services (EDRS).  These cold callers originally appeared in 2022 with a bogus story about a successful Madrid court case ruling in favour of timeshare owners. According to European Debt Recovery, these owners were due significant sums in compensation but the funds could not be transferred unless the owners had a Spanish tax ID, which they would need to apply for. The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has recently issued multiple warnings for a timeshare cold caller reportedly using the following contact information.  Phone Number: 0207 097 1372  Email Address: williamstewart.spectre@legislator.com  These callers misused the name of a genuine firm of solicitors and genuine solicitors.
