Hi everyone, I saw that zoom did a share offering for about 2B in January and they said it could be used in acquisitions. I’m starting to think Dropbox would be a perfect fit for them to acquire, but I’m wondering if it would be too pricy given they would likely need to pay 1.5-2x the current market cap of 11B.
