Hello, everyone, I previously underwent a medical exam in September 2023 for my last study permit extension application, and I’m set to graduate in 2024. Currently, my parents are urging me to undergo another one as they read somewhere that I need a medical exam within 90 days of applying for a post-graduate work permit. Recently applied for the OINP HCP Stream, got approved and have gotten my ITA for PR. However, I’m filling in the questionnaire on the PR application and there is a question that has me confused. It’s asking if I have received a Provincial Nomination Certificate, I got a nomination and my 600 points but not sure if I was supposed to get a certificate to accompany that. About 2 years ago, I submitted the application for Citizen Proof certificate for my son (11) since he was born in another country. We are both outside of Canada. My son is with his mom, we are separated, not divorced yet. Last year, I received a letter from IRCC to request DNA test. I've contacted the Lab approved by IRCC, however it seems the process stopped there. We have to collect our DNA samples in front of migration officer in embassy.
