CAPTivate Gymnastics is an all-levels adult gymnastics club with no fixed location.
We partner with more than a dozen “host gyms” across Western Canada, making adult gymnastics accessible to everyone.

The documentary describes how CAPTivate was founded in 2018 by Hayley Silberg in Calgary, Alberta and has grown exponentially since then.
